Great Tab!
You could've just left out all the chords in between in the Bridge, the Dm, Am/C and so on. It just makes it harder to understand and it sounds just as right without them.
But anyways, thank you!

Thanks for the comment and feedback!

I add the transition chords because they ARE there and they do make a difference, even if the main four chords don't change. That, and my organization, is what makes mine different from the rest. If it's just a melody shift, that's not a chord change that I'll write as a new chord, but if there's a chord there, I will put it in.
