Try capo on 4th using same chords.

It depends on your voice, you can use a capo on any fret with these chords or none at all

This is wrong. He Plays this in C with no capo. But his guitar is down tuned 1/2 step. The chords and hammer-ons are much much easier the way he plays it. Watch him perform it live on Ellen on YouTube. It matches the original and you can see his freakin' hands play C-C/B-Am-G etc... You're Welcome.
