A lot of the fingerings can be made a lot easier by moving lower notes a string down and higher up on the fretboard. Other than that, this is good

Awesome tab! I considered doing this myself, but I couldn't have done a better job! :D
Anyway, you need to work out some actual fingerings. It's great that you have the notes, but you should position them so they're actually playable! :P
