Maybe I'm singing it wrong, but these chords are off somehow?

Lack of accuracy. There is a lack of accuracy if this version aims at equalling the original song. There are chords missing, others are misplaced.

First stance is:

Am (correct); F#m(b5) or play D7th but put the F# as the low note; then G (correctt), but it drops to and E7 before returning back to Am;

Second stance is

Am; B, E7

Third stance is:

A7, Dm7, G7; Cmag7 to. . . Ready . .F9(#11). . so play, F(1),A(3),Eb(7), G(9) and B(#11). stay away from paying the C(5) and and any other F if you can; then during the talking part play. . B(b9th). . .play B(1) then A(7), C(b9) d# (3), F#(5). . .try to play it in that order if you can

The it goes back to E7th (but on the first strum raise the highest e to and f and then come back to the e on the second strum. . .

Good luck!
