This is the English version of "La Seine", featured in the film
"A Monster in Paris", and is sung by Sean Lennon and Vanessa Paris.
I am not the one who found the chords, all the credits goes to here;
http://www.911tabs.com/link/?7786348, I simply made it into a English version.

GAVE YOU 5 STARS, BUT FORGIVE ME, HERE'S A CORRECTION FOR THE BRIDGE:
D7 D7 HALF BAR AND D74 HALF BAR, Gm Am A# C D D
D7 D7 HALF BAR AND D74 HALF BAR, Gm Am A#Maj7 A#Maj7
A#Maj7 A#Maj7 then A#Maj7 one down stroke and intro notes into
last verse.

A correction on the bridge: My heart does spin, not My heart does beat.

I feel like the chord timings are off during the ending/chorus. With the chords not starting as the chorus starts, I hear Dm on "Know, don't know" the Bb on "ask" F and A on the extended "are" and Dm on the "I" of "La Seine and I". Chords are right and I agree with the capo on the 1st fret, but I think the placements are off a bit. 5 stars though, well done
