[Intro]
G G7 C Am D7

[Verse]
    G
You say
    G7 C Am D7
The price of my love’s not a price that you’re willing to pay
    G
You cry
        G7 C Am
In your tea which you hurl in the sea when you see me go by
D7 Em
Why so sad?
D C Am
Remember we made an arrangement when you went away
D7 Em
Now you’re making me mad
D C D
Remember despite our estrangement, I’m your man

[Chorus]
          G G7
You’ll be back, soon you’ll see
       C Am D7
You’ll remember you belong to me
          G G7
You’ll be back, time will tell
C Am
You’ll remember that I served you well
D7 Em D
Oceans rise, empires fall
        C Am
We have seen each other through it all
         Em D
And when push comes to shove
       C Am
I will send a fully armed battalion
   D7 G
To remind you of my love!

G G7 C
Da da da dat da dat da da da da ya da
      Am7-5 D7 G
Da da dat dat da ya da!
             G7 C
Da da da dat da dat da da da da ya da
      Am7-5 D
Da da dat dat da…

[Verse]
    Em
You say
            D C
Our love is draining and you can’t go on!
       Em
You’ll be
        D C
The one complaining when I am gone!
    Em
And NO,
                 D
Don’t change the subject!
       Em D
‘Cause you’re my favorite subject!
   F C
My sweet, submissive subject!
   F C
My loyal, royal subject!

   G
Forever
    G7
And ever
    D7
And ever, and ever, and ever…

[Chorus]
          G G7
You’ll be back, like before
       C Am D7
I will fight the fight and win the war
         G G7
For your love, for your praise
         C Am
And I’ll love ya ’til my dying days
     D7 Em D
When you’re gone, I’ll go mad
         C Am D7
So don’t throw away this thing we had
            Em D
‘Cause when push comes to shove
       C
I will kill your friends and family…
     D
To remind you of my love!

G G7 C
Da da da dat da dat da da da da ya da
      Am7-5 D7 G
Da da dat dat da ya da!
             G7 C
Da da da dat da dat da da da da ya da
      Am7-5 D7 G
Da da dat dat - Everybody!

[ENSEMBLE]
G G7 C
Da da da dat da dat da da da da ya da
      Am7-5 D7 G
Da da dat dat da ya da!
             G7 C

I don't know how true to the song this is, but on the lines "I will send a fully armed battalion..." and "I will kill your friends and family..." I play Cm for dramatic effect.

I think the song is generally meant to be comedic, so I'm not sure Cm would better in this case. It's cripplingly funny when he says "I will send a fully-armed battalion to remind you of my love." Especially followed by the Da da da dat da... part. I don't know, I guess it's a matter of opinion, that's just my take on it based on the flavor of the song in contrast to the rest of the show.

i like to play cm after the c when he holds the notes at on in the second verse, not exactly sure that's true to the song but i think it sounds nice
