(There are two guitar in this song, one of which has a capo on the 2nd fret, and is
played in a more finger picking fashion. The other is played with no capo, and is the same
note chords, but obviously a different structure since there is no capo. The chords for 
the second guitar are Bm Em G D F#, played in the same fashion as the first guitar, just
more of a strumming pattern than finger picking)

If you are playing alone, the 3rd fret is where you should put the capo. correct key

Ahh yes, this was tabbed from a cover by The Branches where it's actually a Baritone Ukulele and a guitar. They step it down a half a step in their cover.
