You can use the "transpose" feature to the right and a capo on the 4th to add some variations.

[Verse]

E
It's two o'clock on the edge of the morning
E A
She's running magical circles around my head
A
I hitch a ride on a dream she's driving
A E
She turns to kiss me, I crash back into bed.

[Verse 2]

E
Across the street on a grayed-out Monday
E A
I see the girl with the eyes I can't describe
A
And suddenly it's a perfect Sunday
A
And everything is more real than life.

[Chorus]

F#m B
I think I'm back in the dream
F#m B
I think I'm back on the ceiling
F#m B
It's such a beautiful feeling.

       E
Going up
              E
She lights me up
              A
She breaks me up
            A
She lets me up.

[Verse 3]

E
You find a mixture of bounding perfection
E A
You've gotta read but you don't wanna reach the end
A
'Cause what if everything beautiful's fiction?
A
And this reality's just pretend?

[Chorus]

F#m B
And then I'm back in the dream
F#m B
I think I'm back on the ceiling
F#m B
It's such a beautiful feeling.

       E
Going up
              E
She lights me up
              A
She breaks me up
            A
She lets me up.

[Bridge]

A C#m7
Up to the stars, she shows me
F#m B
Dame Street, George's Street, miles below me
A C#m7 F#m B E E A A
Up and the world won't let us down. (La la la la)

[Chorus]

       E
Going up (It's two o'clock on the edge of the morning)
               E
She lights me up (She's running magical circles around my head)
              A
She breaks me up (I head to ride on a dream she's driving)
            A
She lets me up

They play it in this key but with a capo on the 4th fret. I think it's easier that way. It's also fun to add a bunch of variations on the chords especially because you play them for so long.
