Sealed with a Kiss: sung by Bryan Hyland.
Hit charts in '62.

        Am D Dm Am
#1. ... Though we gotta say good - bye for the summer,

Dm G C
Darling I promise you this,

     A Dm G E Am
I'll send you all my love, everyday in a letter,

Dm E Am
Sealed with a kiss.

  Am D Am
2.Guess it's gonna be a cold, lonely summer,

     Dm G C
But, I'll fill the emptiness,

     A Dm G E Am
I'll send you all my dreams ... everyday in a letter,

Dm E Am
Sealed with a kiss.

     D Am D
I'll see you in the sunlight, I'll hear your voice

     D Am B7
I'll run to tenderly hold you, but darling, you
won't be there.

  E D Am
3.I don't wanna say goodbye for the summer,

Dm G C
Knowing the love we'll miss,

     A Dm G E Am
Oh, let us make a pledge to meet in September,

Dm E Am
And seal it with a kiss.

A mouldy golden oldie from Kraziekhat!

Bryan Hyland (and in particular 'this' song of his) was a fave of mine back in the day... I was dating a girl that loved this song and I loved it too. brings back some fine memories and it's great to be able to play it. Easily played and sounds great. Well done. A BIG thank you for it!

Thanks, mate. We used to get many requests to play this
one at our live shows. Never got tired of it and still
play it when someone asks. KK.
