No Capo! Hope you enjoy.
                  Abm F#
Well I always get my hopes up a palms length too high
                       Ab Abm F#
With every step I get closer I'm still stuck one step behind
        Db Ab B
Yeah But we're just too good at never getting our timing right
            Abm B F# Dbm Db
So for right now I'll have to keep putting my loving on standby

                        Abm Db
'Cause as much as you lead you know that I'll follow
                   F#
If today you come running
                B Abm Db
I know that tomorrow you could walk away from me in a second flat
                F# B
But if I ever left you I'd always come back
                        Ab F#
'Cause I'm that kind of woman and you're that kind of man

                      Abm F#
It's a long lonesome circle of us coming and staying and going our opposite ways
                        Ab Abm F#
At least the quiet nights are easier than these sunny empty days
           Db Ab B
'Cause at least when I'm sleeping I can dream of you keeping me safe

            Abm B F# Dbm Db
Or of a someday so far that when I asked you you'd finally stay

                        Abm Db
'Cause as much as you lead you know that I'll follow
                   F#
If today you come running
                B Abm Db
I know that tomorrow you could walk away from me in a second flat
                F# B
But if I ever left you I'd always come back
                        Ab F#
'Cause I'm that kind of woman and you're that kind of man

Oh
                        Abm Db
'Cause as much as you lead you know that I'll follow
                   F#
If today you come running
                B Abm Db
I know that tomorrow you could walk away from me in a second flat
                F# B
But if I ever left you I'd always come back
                        Ab F#
'Cause I'm that kind of woman and you're that kind of man
                        Ab F#
'Cause I'm that kind of woman and you're that kind of man

For easier chords, transpose it to capo 4.

Also, the Ab's should all be replaced with Abm. And at the end of each verse, just end with the Db rather than the F# and everything.
