Play the Bb chords at the end normally

Interlude (w/ Flanger):

-x-x-0--x-0----------------x-x-0--x-------------------------------
-x-x-0--x-1----------------x-x-0--x-1-----------------------------

-x-x-0--x-1---------x-0-------1---x-x-1----x-x-1----x-x-1---------
-x-x-0--x-2---------x-0-------2---x-x-2----x-x-2----x-x-2---------
-x-x-0--x-2---------x---------3---x-x-3----x-x-3----x-x-3---------
------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------

This part boggles me because the notes are too low for there to be a
capo. My guess is that he uses an octaver to make it an octave down,
which is how I'll tab it
(Flanger, Wah?):
------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------
-2--------0---------4-----------5b7-5---4-5--------5b7------------
------------2-1-0-------------------------------------------------
------------------3---------2-2-----------------------------------
--------------------------------------------5\--------------------
^No idea what goes on here

------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------
--5b7--5-4---4b5-4----------/5----4-5-/7-----5-/7b9r7-------------
|----------------------1h2h3-----------------0-------^Bunch of bendy things.
|-----------------------------------------------------Again... No idea.
------------------------------------------------------------------
