Although I agree the tab isn't that good (sorry man, bits are just plain wrong) this IS the CORRECT tuning. It's in the key of Eb, Eb is the lowest note so there's no need to play it in drop d, half step down makes the most sense

I vote your tab low and you one of my tabs low? Brilliant! The start is wrong, you're missing Hammer-ons

If you've heard the song properly you'll know the tuning is correct thankyou. I know a few of the open Eb notes are off I notice now. Nothing that can't figured out on your own though.
