Musically, it's good, I just have a comment...in the verses and chorus, you transcribed that the guitar plays a dotted eighth and a sixteenth followed by a rest. Since the song's already in a shuffle beat, you could have all of the notes be eighth notes and it would sound more like the song, since dotted eighth+sixteenth in a shuffle beat makes the MIDI sound a bit choppy. This pretty much is purely a MIDI issue, since most of us who would learn the song could tell what's going on. Otherwise, real good.
