The chords are somewhat close. What is actually being played is very tough, so this is a decent tab for a beginner who just wants to play without worrying about that ridiculous (and pretty much impossible if you plan on not breaking strings) tuning in the other tab.

yeah, capo the third fret and its pretty much perfect
