CHORDS
Differentiating between Em7 and G6 does not make much sense on the
ukulele - it's basically the same voicing. On the recording, however,
the bass plays a g-note in the second half of the verses and I wanted
this to be reflected here.
g-C-E-A
D 2-2-2-0
D6 2-2-2-2 or 2-2-0-2 = D6(add9)

Em7 0-2-0-2
G6 0-4-3-2 [or 0-2-0-2]

thanks for a thoughtful translation to ukulele. I especially appreciate the way you use em7 and contrast it with em to get the g6 feel.

This song is perfect for ukulele.
I usually incorporate fingerpicking, melodies or licks into songs where I can (or when it's applicable to doing on a uke), to add some dynamics or to make it sound closer to the original.
But this sounds great just with some varied strumming. Feel the strings, move around them in all directions and get lost in the tranquility of this lovely banger.
Thanks for the great tab!
