You can play the 5th fret notes on the chorus riff as a chord, sounds better in my opinion, so instead you'd be playing.

e|------------------------------|
B|------------------------------|
G|------------------------------|
D|-----------7-7-7-4-7----------|
A|-7--7-4-7--5-5-5--------------|
E|-5--5-------------------------|

Oh, and also. I forgot. The first two chords are played three times. The second time around is doubled. And the three chords are played 4 times, so pretty much, I think the chorus is:

e|----------------------------------|
B|----------------------------------|
G|----------------------------------|
D|-------------7-7-7-7-4-7----------|
A|-7--7-7-4-7--5-5-5-5--------------|
E|-5--5-5---------------------------|
