Trombone Solo in the song "Holland, 1945" (Also playable on the bass)

This is my first tab, it is easier to look at the tab and listen to the song at the same time, as the spacing
is not 100% synced.

Solo starts at around 2:43

G|---------------------------------------7--12-13-14~---12--12-9--5-----9--7---------------|
D|-------------------------------------------------------------------5----------9--7--5----|
A|--7/10---------6--5----7/10---------6----------------------------------------------------|
E|----------7-7------------------7-7-------------------------------------------------------|

Thank you, this is my first tab, hopefully it is okay. There might be some tiny things wrong, I figured it out
on the bass, not trombone, then transposed it.

Just noticed I was sliding up to the wrong note all this time, thanks for the tab.
