Selfless [Intro] - New Found Glory

So I only first heard this song this morning (it came out yesterday) so this may be inaccurate but

Pretty close. I play it the following way to more easily keep my hand at one spot on the fretboard:

D |------------------------------------------------------6---------|
A |-7-------7--------------7---------7-------7-----------------9---|
E |---7-0-----7-0------0-7-------------7-0-----7-0---0-7---0-7-----|

D |----------------------------------------------------------------|
A |-7-------7--------------7---------7-------7-----------9-----7---|
E |---7-0-----7-0------0-7-------------7-0-----7-0---0-7---0-7-----|

Thanks! I did originally play it like that but I found this way easier for me personally.

Thank you gentlemen! Check this out: there's an official video released aready:) http://hopelessrecords.com/resurrection/ You can see some of Chad's hand positions during the intro & verse riff. I'll look again closer. To me, right off the bat, his guitar sure sounds like it isin Drop D. Don't you think?
