Great tab, almost perfect. I've just studied the chords and have found that some chords are slightly different.

Intro/Chorus:

Fmaj7 - Bb - Dm/G - C
Am7 - Bb - Dm/G - C
Am7 - Bb - Dm/G - C - Am7 - Dm

In the verses where the pad synth starts it plays a Gadd9 (G-B-D-A) - Where the lyrics start: The cold is biting

The last chord of the verse is Dsus2 (D - E - A)

Cool that you found the Synth swell chord, wasn't easy to hear

I've been using this chart to play the acoustic version:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DE2HqPVkVt0

In that version, I think the original is more correct than har.maes comment.

However, in the Verse, the second to last line is:

D FmM7 C#m
The cold is biting thru each and every nerve and fibre.

C#msus2 E Bb
My broken spirit is frozen to the core.

D: x542xx
F#mM7: x442x0
C#m: x4665x
C#msus2:x4664x
