Actually, I think the song is in C# minor (at least sounds like it) and technically the C# should be a minor chord and the F# too. Just look at the scale: you can't get an F so gotta get an E for C# chord thus it is minor and same with A that can't be sharp in F# so make it a minor chord.
Just saying. Also it sounds more like the early recording (that was basically in some kind of B but like a thirteenth(?) of a tone higher cause Kurt seemed to like that - or maybe he just couldn't tune his guitar right ;p) even if it pretty much is in powerchords and it also fit the singing part better I think ^^ (early recording: https://youtu.be/aaPUruc1szY)
