Nice job. I think the Dm chord may be wrong. To me, it just throws it off, but overall nice job.

Instead of Dm (D F A), try Db+ with the notes Db F A(natural).

I guess that's because it's a Db+ (since you are having a capo on the first fret?) or at least i think it might be.
