[Intro] B / F# / B / E6 /
        B / F# / B - E / B

     B
Went out on a limb
F#
Gone too far
    B E6
I broke down at the side of the road
B F# B E B Bsus2
Stranded at the outskirts and sun's creepin' up

Still fast asleep

Dreamin' of better days
   B F# B E B Bsus2
I don't want to call you but you're all I have to turn to

E
What do you say
          Em6
When it's all gone away ?

Baby I didn't mean to hurt you
E Em6
Truth spoke in whispers will tear you apart
   B F# G#m
No matter how hard you resist it
    A E\G# F#m E F#7sus4 F#
It never rains when you want it to

You humble me Lord
    E Bsus2 F#7/4 F#
I'm on my knees empty

             G#m7(4)
You humble me Lord
    E Bsus2 F#7/4 F#

B / F# / B / E6 /
B / F# / B - E / B

B F#
Baby Teresa she's got your eyes

I see you all the time
B
When she asks about her daddy

I never know what to say

B
Heard you kicked the bottle

And helped to build the church

You carry an honest wage
        B F# B E B Bsus2

Great job! This is a great song as are most of NJ's.
Something I would note, the tuning of this song is a 1/2 step down. Once you've done this then you can just play it in "C".
Also the E6 on the 3rd line of the verse E/Ab (of F/A if you're tuned down a 1/2 step). Otherwise great job!
