Verse:
A G Bm
I spend my time sittin' on the fence with a mate of mine
     D A G D
And trying to write the line of this story
A G Bm
We belive that everything said is a waste of time
     D A G D
'Cos life is well tried and it bores me, yeah, yeah, yeah

Pre-chorus:
Bm7 F#11 G6
In my well paid opinion
                  Asus2
These things they really don't matter
            F#11 G6
But from my crystal gazing eye
               A E
There shines a light, like dynamite

Chorus:
B E
Sittin' on a throne will give a bad back to you
B E F#
Living on my own was like a Flashback to the
   G A
Days when I was lost and lonely
B E
Saying what I said was just a different story
B E F#
All your lies man they still bore me
G A
There's nothin' wrong with my world,
G A E
These things they really don't matter now______

I'm really glad to have found this little known oasis gem, one of my favourites, i agree that the pre-chorus does'nt sound right and found it better (personally) this way Bm F# G A Bm F# G A E Great work though Misty.

Knowing Noel he'd probably have slapped a capo on the second fret, but the chords are right.

good work there mate. though the pre-chorous part strikes me a bit odd. but it might just be me who aren't getting it right.
