Great tab man, but you do have some mistakes:
1. In the bridge, it's not A7, it's A.
2. In the "They only seem to come and go" part, it's not just C, it's C, and right after, comes C/B.
3. In the Chorus, it's not D/F#, it's just D.
4. At the end of the chorus, your'e not playing Am at "Nobody knows", Youre playing C, and you staying on that chord.
5. Right before the G at the end of the chorus ("The way it's gonna be"), youre playing D.

I agree with points 1, 3 and 5.
At point number 2 you say that there's a C/B after the C which I just cant hear and I've never seen noel playing it. (watch the "acoustic by the pool" vid to clear things up).
Point number 4 aint true. He has tabbed that well, you hold Am then you change to C.
