Okay so this was just requested. I looked at other tabs and I see why.
They're not 100% correct and they aren't very detailed.

Tuning:Standard, no capo.

Basically it goes like this;

         C Em Bb A
Come on in, sweetie-pie! Have an apple, have some lye...
             Dm G C G
Leave your friends, righteous and pathetic, standing at the door.

         C Em Bb A
On the books, all your bets favor head-bands and cassettes,
         Dm G C G
cigarettes, suffragettes, and bores.

        C C7
What to do?
F Fm Dm G
Sweetheart, you'll find mediocre people do exceptional things all the time.

         C C7 F Fm
Oh, the ruin will do in your talented mind...
Dm G G7
could've been a genius if you'd had an axe to grind.

        C Cm7/B Am F
What to dooooooooooooooooo oh
        C Cm7/B E Am F
What to doooooooooooooooooooo oh

The difference with my tab is, I will explain how each chord is played.

take it easy. I was just saying how it's played in the video. Didn't mean to offend you.

few things IMHO: Bb- should be played on 6th fret as a barre chord A- should be played on the 5th Dm is a Dm7 played as a barre chord on the 5th you can see it in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xiinJ0F5WvQ&ob=av2e your other chords a mostly right, a little iffy on some though (just a thought)
