[Intro]
Bm D A G
Bm D A G
[Verse 1]
Bm D
Some nights I thirst for real blood
A G Bm
For real knives, for real cries
D
And then the flash of steel from real guns
A G A
In real life really fills my mind
[Pre-Chorus]
G D
I really miss what really did exist
A Em
When I held your throat so tight
G
And I miss the bus as it swerved from us
D A
And came crashing to its side
[Verse 2]
Bm D
Some nights the blood from real cuts
A Em G Bm
Feels real nice when it's really mine
D
And if you want it to be real
A
Come over for one night
G
And we can really, really climb
[Pre-Chorus]
A
Cause blue bridge lights
G D
Might really burn most bright
A
While we watch that dark lake rise
Em
And if you really want to see
G D
What really matters most to me
A
Just take a real short drive
[Bridge]
Bm A D A Em G
Bm A D A Em G
Bm A D A Em G
Bm A D A Em G
[Verse 3]
Em A D
It’s just a drive into the dark stretch
A
Long stretch of night
G Bm
Really stretch this shaking mind
D
And this room, unlit, unheated
A
And the ceiling striped
G
And the dark black blinds
A
I want to know this time
[Pre-Chorus]
A
If you're really finally mine
G D
I need to know that you're not lying
A
And so I want to see you tried
Em
And I don't want to hear you say
G D
It shouldn't really be this way
A
Because I like this way just fine
[Chorus]
Em G
'Cause there's nothing quite like
D
The blinding light
A
That curtains cast aside
Em G D
And no attempt is made to explain away
A Em
Things that really, really, really, really, really are behind
[Outro]
G D A Em
You can't hide, you can't hide, you can't hide
G D A Em
You can't hide, you can't hide, you can't hide
G D A
Em G D A
Em G D A
Em G D A
Em G D A
Em G D A

It'd help if the chords were placed over the lyrics in a way that might convey where in the song they should be played.

If you replace all the B with Bm, A7 with Asus4, the E with Em the chords will be right. Also, the second line of the bridge is still hanging on the Em so ditch that leading A. And other than a few minor lyric errors (compared to the black sheep boy album) I was able to play along quite nicely.

this is harder to follow than the notes my stoned buddy took in high school
