I'm only gonna give this 4* because you haven't put any repeats or how many times you play each riff. And that makes it quite hard to read. But other than that it seems to be about 99.9% accurate(give or take 0.1%).

Clearly wrong. Much, much wrong. Go watch some live stuff or just some covers. Have you played these notes along with the song?! Here's a more accurate tabbing. https://www.xguitar.com/bass-tabs/opeth/blackwater_park/bleak.txt

If you play along with the song, the notes are wrong in 65% of the sections. Id go through and fix but i just dont have time. sorry man. just play along with the song and see what you come up with.
