the ACTUAL tuning Pantera plays in is a quarter step down, yes, a quarter step. find
that spot between half step down and standard and let that sucker sing!
what im going to do in this tab is show all the riffs, not how many times you play each,
you should be able to realize when one ends and the other begins as long as you know

If you want to tune to pantera you gotta tune it right. It's not a quarter note down it's a c hair as dime put it. Roughly tune to A420- A430 for you tuner guys. But you wana know the real trick to it. Dime told me way back in 98 when I somehow scored passes. he said" with a floyd rose dont dick around too long and over think it cause that cuts into the drinkin time and fuck taco bell. Get the bridge level and guitar close to being in drop d with the fat e string fine tuner screwed in 2 turns or so before you lock the nut down. Once there your fuckin home bro. Lock the nut and use the fine tuner to bring that fat string in tune with the rest and you will be a cunt hair flat of e standard" as the fat string is tightened it will evenly loosen the others but not knock the tuning off and it will be in perfect pantera tune and you can quickly loosen the fine tuner to go to drop d and I to this day dont know why he said fuck taco bell mid sentence but I will never forget it. The rest of the nite is a blur cause panfuckingtera and I had a liver to destroy.
