this is the tab to northern skies, the extended bit after alloway grove on the album
streets. couldnt find a tab for it so i thought id put one up for ne1 looking for it. enjoy

All chords are open chords. Play the root note of each chord, then pick the three
below that, ascending and descending.

in the case of D(add G), it is a transition from D to G, so hammer the G on the E string
going from D to G

in the case of G to F# to Em, play the root note of G then the A and D string as u would
normal G chord, Play the F# note on the E string and then play the A and D strings
then PLay the Em as standard as you move from G to Em

       Am
Oh, and i have returned to the sombre grace
       D C D
Of the days too early to come and too early to stay
    A
And I have left a million stars
       D

    A
And i have left the warmth of the sun
      D C D D (add G)
And a million adventures not yet begun
G F# Em
The great sense of passing through
Em
The great sense of passing through

The great sense of passing through
    Em
Oh, for once there was beauty here for me
A
Under these white northern skies
Am
And i felt the green was blacker
Am
And the blue was darker still
    D
My roots are lying deeper than i ever think they will again
A D C D D(add G)
Heartache and poverty, under these northern skies

The great sense of passing through
Em
The great sense of passing through
