Just watched the only exception video, Josh seems to play the chords around the 10th fret. But with a Capo on 4 these sounds pretty good :]

The only thing that I've noticed wrong about this is the lead guitar for most of the song. I'm pretty sure it should be something like this. (not corresponding to the capo) e--11-----9----7 B--12-----10---9 G--11-----11---9 D--------------- A--------------- E--------------- Occasionally after the lead played during the G chord they hit the note on the High E on the 14th fret

Capo 4 I think you'll find. Nice job =D
