These are the chords for the collaboration Mike did with Ed Sheeran
(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EreZNkWzBAw).
Ed plays without a capo.
Mike plays with Capo 7, and does a lot of finger picking with the chords.

Chords:
Verse
Ed: G, D, G Cadd9
Mike: C, G (3,2,0,0,1,0), C, F (1,x,3,2,1,0)

Chorus/Bridge
Ed: D, G, Cadd9
Mike: G, C, F
*Correction to Mike's part, thanks to user snowskimwake*
Mike plays an Fsus 2 in between the Fsus

e|----0----|
B|----1----|
G|----2----|
D|----3----|
A|----0----|
E|---(1)---|

Then sometimes

e|----0----|
B|----1----|
G|----0----|
D|----3----|
A|----0----|
E|---(1)---|
*************************

I'm going to write out the chords that Ed plays first, then I'll redo the section below.

ED

[Verse]

G D G Cadd9
Well, I don’t know how, and I don’t know why
G D G Cadd9
But when something’s living, you can’t say die
G D G Cadd9
You feel like laughing, but you start to cry
G D G Cadd9
I don’t know how, and I don’t know why

G D G Cadd9
Well, I don’t have many, and I don’t have much
G D G Cadd9
In fact I don’t have any, but I borrowed enough
G D G Cadd9
‘Cause I know those eyes, and I know that touch
G D G Cadd9
I don’t have many, and I don’t have much

[Chorus]

     D G Cadd9
But oh, darling, my heart’s on fire
     D G Cadd9
Oh, darling, my heart’s on fire
     D G Cadd9
Oh, darling, my heart’s on fire

For you

[Verse]

G D G Cadd9
Well, I don’t know where, and I don’t when
G D G Cadd9
But I know we’ll be lovers again
G D G Cadd9
I’ll see you some day before the end
G D G Cadd9
I don’t know where, and I don’t know when

[Chorus]

     D G Cadd9
But oh, darling, my heart’s on fire
 D G Cadd9
Oh, darling, my heart’s on fire
 D G Cadd9
Oh, darling, my heart’s on fire
D G Cadd9
You know those love songs break your heart
D G Cadd9
You know those love songs break your heart
D G Cadd9
You know those love songs break your heart

Oh, darling, my heart’s on fire (x10)
For you.

Thanks for the correction! You're absolutely right.
I was writing these chords more as a general structure, leaving out picking and smaller, intricate things, but that is definitely worth noting. I'll add it in!
