Good try, but a capo will make no difference as the chords are still wrong! Try Capo 3 and D A G / G A D all the way through. 'Riff' is top string 13 12 12 10 / 13 12 12 13. Or an octave lower is probably better.

I thought it was F CC Bb | F CC F then during the singing you can just hang on F or toggle between F and Fsus4 *shrug* those chords line up to how i hear it going on the album anyway.
