Ok, sorry for the mis-labeling of this song. It was under tabs and not under chords.

Anyhow... this version is not an easy one. It has all the jazzy chords and, if played nice and slowly, it 
also has a nice bass line. It isn't an easy piece to play but it is well worth learning (at least that is my
opinion). I play this song using my fingers (no pick). 
Suggestion: try to slide in the chords (from 1/2 lower to the right tone), it gives an extra jazzy feeling
