Good chart but the original is in C-minor so strange to use Em as your base key. Maybe easy to play and sing though.
For the original, best to transpose this chart +5 into Am and play with capo3. (Or read version 1, which is perfect.)
There's also two mistakes towards the end, a missed B7 on "blame", and the Gm on "no matter when" should be G-major.
