This tab is for the guitar version on youtube; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5eTv-MB9ow
It is not for the version that pops up when you click on "listen" below. I have no control over that aspect
unfortunately. Apologies for any confusion/difficulties this causes..

One big suggestion: that G chord is G7, not Gmaj7. G chord with an F, first fret, on the first string. A more minor note, the F chord seems to be voiced with that high G (3rd fret, 1st string). Basically an Fsus2 but with the sus2 in the upper voice.
Also, easy to hear, but the C chord usually has the first finger doing a pull off on the second string from 1st fret to open. Sometimes the G chord has a hammer on that very same string and fret as well. Just listen for it and play around with it to see where the flourishes fit. She isn't consistent with it so don't feel like you have to be.

Great job! Although I did notice that each of the places where you have a D chord sound way better with a C chord. Try it out!
