looks good but I think there's an F after the G in the first line of the chorus. You have it in the last chorus but pretty sure it's in all of them.

if Dm doesnt sound right to you play Fmaj7 instead also i think the line "and you, you were in a band when I was born" goes G Fmaj7 Dm D
