I ...think your idea is good enough, but check up on your indications of the chords ;)

Definitely Emadd9 (024000). Cmaj is a Cmaj7, too (332000). The song ends on a Bm (x24432). This one is indeed fun to play acoustic, and your tab is a rough idea of it, just not completely correct.
