Looks/sounds right to me. Other guy saying it's incomplete probably doesn't realize this is the acoustic version from the video you linked, which is a little different from the album version, and notably only has one guitar.
One thing that tripped me up though is--I think--the chorus is played on the low E string, like the intro. You can probably play it either way but the high strings in the chorus make it sort of hard for me to sing in key for some reason. (Yes, I'm probably an idiot or tone-deaf or both.)
Other tiny thing I noticed in the video is Francis seems to let off of the F note in the F chord at various times, playing a low/open E instead, with the rest of the F chord. Usually just for like 1 strum in the pattern. It adds some murky depth that you can kind of hear in there.
Anyway, thanks for tabbing this acoustic version out. I really loved this song after seeing this video years ago, but the album version wasn't quite as compelling to me. Never would've learned to play it without this.
