You are one of God's mistakes, you crying, tragic waste of skin.
Am C G Am C G
I'm well aware of how it aches, and you still won't let me in.

Though I don't like you anymore, you lying, trying waste of space.

Chorus 1:
F C
Before our innocence was lost, you were always one of those.

Verse 2:
Am C G Am C G
You were mother nature's son, someone to whom I could relate.
Am C G Am C G
You're needle and your damage done, remains a sordid twist of fate.
Am C7 G Am C7 G
Now I'm trying to wake you up, to pull you from the liquid sky.
Am C7 G Am C7 G
'Cause if I don't we'll both end up with, just your song to say goodbye.
Am C7 G Am C7 G
My oh my.

Refrain:
Am F G Am F G
It's a song to say goodbye, A song to say goodbye,
Am
A song to say...

Chorus 2:
F C
Before our innocence was lost, you were always one of those.
C B Am
Blessed with lucky 7's, and the voice that made me cry.
Am C7 F Gm B7 F
My oh my.

Coda:
Am F G Am F G
It's a song to say goodbye, It's a song to say goodbye,
Am F G Am F G
It's a song to say goodbye, It's a song to say goodbye,
Am F G Am F G
It's a song to say goodbye, A song to say goodbye,

My favourite tab for this song,
lovely played with the thin E and B strings droning open on all chords.

Tx lucaspazio, This was one of my favourite Placebo performances. Their appearance at 'Rock am Ring' in 2009, was an extraordinary set.
