Pretty easy song, more or less 4 chords in similar progressions.

Db Fm Eb
This is the day You made
Ab Db Fm Eb Ab
I'll rejoice and be glad with all that I am

[Pre-Chorus]

          Fm Eb

A sound that has to be made, O Lord

i think that the last part of the bridge has a F minor. Did you notice that?

I just played it through, both with the original track from the album, and also the track that my church made for it, and I don't quite think the Fm fits in there. I know that for a while during the bridge, they go from the Db and the Eb to playing a bunch of slash chords instead (which I didn't put in as I didn't think they were necessary.) They do go to a different chord in the final line of the bridge, but to me it sounds more like an Ab higher up on the fretboard. Ironically, the Fm is the relative minor of Ab, but it's not an Fm chord.
Hope this helps, and good ear! :D

Simply you need to put capo on your 1-t fret and transpose it to -1 :)Great job!
