Capo 3

[Verse 1]
G C
Drinking wine and thinking bliss is on the other side of this
Em C
I just need a compass and a willing accomplice
G C
All my doubts that fill my head are skidding up and down again
Em C
Up and down and 'round again, down and up and 'round again
G C G C
Oh, I've had my chances and I've taken them all
         G C
Just to end up right back here on the floor
Em D
To end up right back here on the floor

[Pre-Chorus]
G C G
Pennies in a well, a million dollars in the fountain of a hotel
C Em A
Fortune teller that says maybe you will go to hell
     C D
But I'm not scared at all

[Chorus]
     Em C G
The cracks in the crystal, the cracks in the crystal ball

[Verse 2]
G C
Sometimes you think everything is wrapped inside a diamond ring
Em C
Love just needs a witness and a little forgiveness
G C
And a halo of patience and a less sporadic pace
Em C
And I'm learning to be brave in my beautiful mistakes
G C G C
Oh, I've felt that fire and I, I've been burned
        G C
But I wouldn't trade the pain for what I've learned
Em D
I wouldn't trade the pain for what I've learned

[Pre-Chorus]
G C G
Pennies in a well, a million dollars in the fountain of a hotel
C Em A
Fortune teller that says maybe you will go to hell
     C G
But I'm not scared at all

[Chorus]
     Em C G
The cracks in the crystal, the cracks in the crystal ball

[Verse 3]
Em C G D
Irony, irony, this hate and love, hate and love
         Em C G C Em D
What it does to me? What it's done to me? What it's done, done?

[Outro]
G C G
Pennies in a well, a million dollars in the fountain of a hotel
C G
Broken mirrors and a black cat's cold stare
C G C
Walk under ladders on my way to hell, I'll meet you there
    C G Em D
But I'm not scared at all, I'm not scared at all
            Em C G
'Bout the cracks in the crystal, the cracks in the crystal ball

Wow, this is beautiful!~
Great work!
I like to, in the beginning, just kinda pluck the G, it's fun doing that, and it sounds more mysterious!
I really love it though!^^

I like playing the verses strumming with my thumb, and then using a plectrum for the chorus, it makes the chorus stand out a lot more :)
brill tab though, well done

you need a d/f# at that walk down in the chorus. also, your G-C changes are off in the prechorus, not sure how you couldn't see the changes are out of place if you tried playing and singing it or even playing along with the cd. and i dunno where you looked when you posted this but there's been chords all over for this since the first week it premiered. either way i'll give it a 3 because it's not completely horrible like 80% of shit on the net.
