The rhythm changes are surprisingly confusing (see tab below).
The first time the phrase is played, the last chord in the phrase is on beat 3.
The second time the phrase is played, the last chord is played one sixteenth-note sooner.
When counting sixteenth-notes as “1 e & a 2 e & a”,
the last chord will be on the “a” of beat 2, as shown below.
