[Verse 1]
A G D A G D
I can see why you think you belong to me.
  A G D A
I never tried to make you think, or let you see one thing for your

                   C E
You see I thought that I might keep you for my own

Don't you think the time is right for us to find
   A G D A
All the things we thought weren't proper could be right in time
              D C D
And can you see, which way we should turn together or alone
       C E
I can never see what's right or what is wrong

   Amie, what you wanna do?

[Verse 3]
  A G D A G D
Now it's come to what you want you've had your way
A G D A
And all the things you thought before just faded into gray
              D C D
And can't you see, that I don't know if it's you or if it's me
        C E
If it's one of us I'm sure we both will see

Man, this takes me back 30 years ago when I was mucking about trying to learn. Technology has vastly improved the way we can get tutorials online. So glad I found this website!!! Thanks

FYI, at the very end (the Fallin' in and out of love part) it's: A G D Fallin' in and out of love And then at the very end there are three kind of odd fingerings: X07760 X06760 X02420

Craig Fuller wrote the song and sings the vocal on the original recording. Vince Gill joined PPL AFTER Aime was recorded.
