I'm Going Slightly Mad
Words and music by Queen (Freddie)
Transcribed by: Mat Hubbard (mjh32@eng.cam.ac.uk)

Silly chords listed at the bottom,
Second verse and chorus are very similar.
Sounds best with a 'flowing picky' style.

D
When the outside temperature rises
Em7dim5 C#dim/E
and the meaning is oh so clear
D
One thousand and one yellow daffodils
Em7dom C#dim/E
begin to dance in front of you, oh dear
F#7
Are they trying to tell you something?
G
You're missing that one final screw,
F#7
You're simply not in the pink my dear,
G
to be honest you haven't got a clue.

(Funky bit - try strumming these)
A9 A7 A9 A7

Chorus:
D Dmdim5 Em7dim5
I'm going slightly mad
D Dmdim5 Em7dim5
I'm going slightly mad
F Em
It finally happened, it finally happened,
       ?????
I'm slightly mad.

Em7dim5: xx2333
C#dim/E: 0x2323
F#7: xx4320
A9: x05600
A7: x05650
Dmdim5: xx0131

Chord names are wrong C#dim/E is actually just Edim, A9 is actually Asus2, Em7dim5 is actually Emaj7dim and Dmdim5 is just Ddim
