Sounds great.
Two small things. I don't think the Am precedes the Em in "catch me if I fall." I think it is just Em D.
And the part at the end is just Em D. No Cadd9 that I hear.

well mostly correct, and i agree sort of with the previous comment, the Am doesnt really precede the Em in that sense. it lands right when the word "fall" is sung, but its cut off after that for the bass riff. the ending is repeated Em D Dsus2 vamping until it ends on D.
