This is near perfect to the fingerpicked chords on the album! Just A few corrections here. From looking at the tab version (which I noticed you made, too) The way Thom picks the chords makes it sound like a different chord than it actually is.
B should be B5/D# (xx1x02)
Bm has an E instead of an F#, so it would be more like Em7/B (x22030)
Finally, Asus4 could also be A7sus4 (x02030)

Oh! One more thing. After the first bridge "Won't stop now, won't slack off or all this love will be in vain" Thom slightly changes the G in that progression for a split second to a Dm right before going to the Em in the second part of the bridge, so it would technically be

F Dm G Dm Em
Stop from falling...

Overall just a few minor details to consider. Other than that, this is the best tab for this song I've seen. Cheers :)

Great detailed feedback. I think you're right on all accounts. I've kept my original chords though for ease of play as I'd intended this to be a simplified version. Folks looking for more accuracy can always go to the tab version. Good find on the transition after the first bridge - I've made the change. Thanks!

Thanks for the tab!

I was playing along to the album version of the song, and I found myself changing the Em chord, and noticed it sounded just like the song. Try this chord instead of the Em: (x22xx3).
