Missing the bridge, but this tab really confused the hell out of me when I was starting out. The problem is that the tab for some reason mixed up what you put before and after the slash.
F#/D isn't an F# chord, it should be D/F#, which makes it a remarkably recognizable chord instead of being one I never heard of and seemed very odd to me starting out. The C/G is actually a G/C, that is a G chord with a C in the bass, I forget exactly how this is fingered, but I think you just play the bottom 5 strings with your finger in top position like playing a C chord, keeping your bottom finger on the frets for the other notes in the G chord. But I really wish people would stop mixing up the slash chords. It's Chord/Bass Note not Bass Note/Chord, if you don't put them in the correct order how the hell is anyone supposed to know what to play? C/G could easily just be a C with a G in the bass, fingered like a C chord with a third fret fingered on the low E string for the bass, and that's clearly not what you want to be playing. I wish people would learn notation before attempting to write tabs and confusing the hell out of everyone. Alright, enough ranting.
