On the solo you just rub the strings with your left hand and toggle switch with your
right hand. The wah is also used on the solo.

Great tab!! You leave the wah-wah open (toe down) and he uses an EQ as a boost for the scratching. Go on youtube and search Tom Morello for more info on exactly how he does it. Again great tab!!
