F#/D don't sound correctly

in the part when it goes "fancies in the air",and the other identical spots too,i think he plays G major not E minor...plz correct this

Tab should be an epic 5 stars but the F#/D is plain wrong ...dont know the name of chord but should be following finger positions . Ist Fing -2nd fret 6th 2nd Finger 2nd fret 3rd 3rd finger 3rd fret 2nd string Dsus/F# possibly .it sounds perfect.
