Thanks for the post,very good for me restarting on guitar after thirty years. This has been a favourite of mine for many moons. The lyric has a few errors ie.
"Kicking" up the papers, no picking.
"Same" not some old man.
"On his own",not all on his own..
"Each tea" not each day.
and "Rain cries a little pity.
Please do not feel that this is anything other than trying to contribute in some small way to us all enjoying a great song.Ps listen to the version available on this site.
